Coordinated Services

Site Survey

Topographical and GIS (Geographic Information System) for site analysis, mapping, and understanding the contextual relationship of projects. Analysing geographic data to inform design decisions and site planning.

Utilisation of drones for site analysis, surveying, and capturing aerial images. Providing the client and design team with comprehensive site data, topography, and context for informed design decisions.

Physical Models

For more large scale projects with multiple stakeholders there may be significant benefits to utilise 3D printing and rapid prototyping for the creation of physical models and design prototypes. This helps to streamline the design iteration process and allows clients and stakeholders to physically interact with scaled models.

Consultants

Structural/Civil Engineer, MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) Conducting energy modeling and simulations to assess and optimize the energy performance of buildings. Including daylight, sunlight and overheating assessments providing the client with insights into energy consumption, recommendations for sustainable design and mitigation procedures.

Transportation Planning: Transport Consultants can assist with Accessibility and Traffic Impact assessments. Conducting studies to assess the impact of new developments on traffic patterns and proposing mitigation measures. They will ensuring that projects align with transportation accessibility standards and promoting alternative modes of transportation. They may also model pedestrian flow within the building to ensure optimum access and circulation.

Space Planning

FIRE ENGINEER / ACCESSIBILITY Environmental / Sustainability Consultants Will produce Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) where required, evaluate the potential environmental impact of projects and propose mitigation strategies.

They will ensure that sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles are integrated into projects as required by local and European laws and regulation. In certain circumstances, for instance, large masterplan projects and public developments, community engagement and consultation will likely be necessary.

This will require specialised Communications/ PR Consultants to facilitate community engagement sessions which gather input, address concerns, and incorporate community aspirations into the planning process ensuring transparency and inclusivity in decision-making.

We are experienced in the process and can provide assistance in presentations and consultations.
