They must always seek advice when they are not certain of the right course of action.

Data Privacy + Documentation

We are committed to transparent client communication, including project updates, budget management, and any changes in project scope.

We remain committed to data protection and client privacy. The safety of our client information, project data as well as company and staff sensitive information always remains one of our top priorities.

We take Quality Assurance and Document Control seriously and have procedures and standards in place to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards. All project information is reviewed multiple times using a peer review process as well as a check and approval process.

This ensures we are able to maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Environmental + Sustainable Practices

We have always strived to utilise sustainable and energy efficient practices as an integral part of the design process.

We have been involved in the deign and completion of a number LEED and BREEAM certified buildings.

With the recent European Council’s announcement that it has formally adopted the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) including targets for all new buildings to be zero emissions by 2030, and to phase out the use of fossil fuels in building heating systems by 2040, it is even more important that Environmental and Sustainable Design is not just an afterthought.

Designing with health/ safety, inclusion, accessibility and equality are extremely important factors in ensuring that a project succeeds during construction and even more importantly for the many years of use after completion.
