Environmental + Sustainability
Environmental / Sustainability Consultants Will produce Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) where required, evaluating the potential environmental impact of projects and propose mitigation strategies. They will ensure that sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles are integrated into projects as required by local and European laws and regulation. Conducting energy modeling and simulations to assess and optimize the energy performance of buildings. Including daylight, sunlight and overheating assessments providing the client with insights into energy consumption, recommendations for sustainable design and mitigation procedures.
Ensures the seamless integration of all technical disciplines, preventing design conflicts and ensuring that specialist inputs align with the overarching project vision.
By managing the flow of information between experts, we maintain a unified approach to Sustainable Design and Green Architecture, ensuring that LEED Certification and energy-efficient goals are met through practical, high-performance construction practices.
