Kythreotis Architects utilise specialist software during our design that allows the Implementation of Building Information Modeling/ BIM technologies for collaborative and integrated project development.
This also allows the creation of detailed 3D models that encompass coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) elements.
The coordination ensures that we identify and resolve conflicts during the design phase, minimizing errors and changes during construction.
We employ Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) for an immersive design experience as well as to create virtual walkthroughs and flythroughs to allow clients to visualize and experience the designed spaces before construction.
If required we can also investigate more complex geometries with the aid of Parametric and Generative Design tools to optimize numerous designs based on various parameters and specific criteria.
Smart Buildings
We have experience with integrating smart building technologies for enhanced occupant experience and operational efficiency. For example, IoT devices for building automation, including lighting, HVAC, security, and occupancy sensors. Computational Modeling allows for performance analysis, including daylighting studies, thermal simulations, and structural analysis.

Additionally our Digital Documentation systems for project archives, facilitate easy retrieval of project data and information, ensuring long-term access to project records, including drawings, specifications, and design rationale.
